- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently left the surgery. 20 years ago the service was very family friendly and caring. Now its steadily gone downhill. They gave me an asthma review to go to. It turned out to be a health review. I had to book again for asthma review. Recently they gave me a wrong flu appointment at a different clinic and misplaced my repeat prescription. The admin team is in chaos, with new receptionists every month. The doctors also seem to change. Toilets could be better and it is just chaos. The chemists never seem to receive the online repeat prescriptions on time. Avoid if possible. They also recently acquired Charlton Medical centre as well. Su.by Su SahaNovember 07, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I registered online as it was convenient. When I went to confirm my identity in person I was told I had to bring a print out as well. Instead I was given a hard copy to fill out again! Which defeats the purpose of applying online! Waste of time! Went home and checked their website and it clearly says click to "SEND" and nothing about "PRINTING" it out. When I telephoned to explain this, the lady said they didn't know how to access the online registration system. Highly incompetent!by Rubz DurayFebruary 19, 2017
